Optimized physical structure --> 2. Relaxation in movement --> 3. Optimized breathing --> 4. Optimized attention --> 5. Radical acceptance - and then we can stay in the zone for longer time with no need for 2nd chances - because the 1st ones are already at our OPTIMUM level.
